Disconnected from servers at end of game

On multiple occasions after winning a game and the whistle being blown, I've been disconnected from the servers before exiting the match and I am given a loss while playing champions. This is ridiculous after playing the whole match and winning !!! This issue happens often

    Im having the same problem.  The last two games in champions. I Win, the whistle blows. It gets disconnected and when I log back in, it gets registered as a loss.

    Has there been any resolution to this. Its really annoying grinding and then having this happen.
