Disconnecting from online Ultimate gauntlet 16

For some reason every time I finish a game in ultimate gauntlet 16 it tells me that connecting to ea servers I currently not possible and it kicks me out of ultimate team thus the game doesn't count . It only happens with this game mode because I tried rivals and everything went smoothly. Please help me at your earliest convenience
