Disconnection - Arsenal vs Arsenal

Getting the same issue as others — every time I try to load into a Division Rivals match, it shows “Arsenal vs Arsenal” before the kickoff screen and then instantly disconnects. Internet connection is fine and no other issues at home. Hoping EA can acknowledge or patch this soon — seems a lot of us are stuck unable to play Rivals.
