Disconnection after winning

I was playing duo rivals with my friend. We went 1-0 up with me who scored the goal. Then at kick-off the opponent didn’t move and suddenly it said ‘Opponent has left the match’. It kept loading when suddenly I got the message ‘Connecting to ultimate team is not possible atm’. My friend got the win but I got a disconnection warning. This was to get my hotstreak. I have video proof. It’s like the 3rd or 4th time this has happened and I’m sick and tired of it. Below the video is attached. Please fix this and give me my 3 points atleast in div rivals.
