Disconnection warning!

Hello! I have a serious problem that ocured today! I already have around 35 hours on EA FC 26 and I absolutely love the game, but today as i was doing an objective against my friend on friendly matches, I disconnected a bunch of times from the match due to the objective being to win matches against me. I didn't know about the new disconnection warning that this game has and when I left a bunch of times, I got a warning that says that my DNF will be updated, reducing match coins rewards. So I continued playing and all of a sudden at the end of every game mode match in ultimate team, no matter if I was winning or losing, when the final whistle blows and the game is over, I am kicked from the match and from ultimate team, I don't receive anything from the match, I only see the loss and when I hop back in ultimate team the same disconnection warning picture arrives on my screen. So i can't play any game modes . I corresponded with two guys from EA help, but they don't understand me very well. They think the problem is from my wi-fi connection, but i already have 35 hours on only ultimate team and before today i didn't have any problems whatsoever. I have good wired wi-fi connection and it is really stable so the problem is not from this . If somebody has the same problem please help me and reach out to me. I am really despaired to play the game normally again. Please help me and know that i didn't have any connection problems before i manually left from the games.
