Division Rivals rewards not received

• Summary of the Issue: After trying to claim rivals rewards it just shows an error message and i did not get anything.
• Specific rewards you didn't receive: i did not receive the basic rewards (after 15pts) on division 7

• Summary of the Issue: Did not receive upgrade weekly Rivals rewards after entering Rivals (it was even showing rewards were available but after entering it just reset and gave nothing.

Summary of the Issue:

After the update, I logged into Ultimate Team and saw the “Claim Rewards” message in the Division Rivals game mode. I claimed my rewards, but no confirmation appeared on my screen indicating that I had received them. I then checked the store, but I couldn’t see any packs there either. Following this, I tried all possible methods such as logging out and back into Ultimate Team, checking via the EA Web App, and waiting 24 hours, but despite all this, I still haven’t received my rewards.

• 1x 80+ Rare Gold Player Pick
• 2x 82+ Rare Gold Player Pick
• 75+ x10 Rare Gold Players Pack

I attempted to claim my rewards between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm (Macedonia time) on September 25, 2025, but was unable to receive them.

Any updates on this spoken to them a few times seems no one knows what’s going on with it username peterdommy123 

Please let me know if there is an update on the subject . I still haven't recieved anything.
