Division Rivals rewards not received

• Summary of the Issue:  I claimed my rewards, but I only got 15/30 rewards which are not upgraded ones, although i did 30/30 for upgraded ones .

• Summary of the Issue:  I logged into Ultimate Team and saw the "Claim Rewards" message in the Division Rivals game mode. I claimed my rewards, but no confirmation appeared on my screen indicating that I had received them. I then checked the store, but I couldn't see any packs there either. Following this, I tried all possible methods such as logging out and back into Ultimate Team, checking via the EA Web App, and waiting 24 hours, but despite all this, I still haven't received my rewards.

I attempted to claim my rewards between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm (Macedonia time) on September 25, 2025, but was unable to receive them.

• Summary of the Issue: On Thursday, shortly after 12:00 (CEST time), I tried to claim my rewards. When I opened the 'Claim your Rivals rewards' window, nothing happened. I didn’t receive any packs or coins, and after restarting the game and entering Ultimate Team again, there were neither packs nor any message about being able to claim the rewards.
