Division Rivals rewards not received

24h passed and still nothing...

I have not received my rivals rewards. I got an option to claim it via copmpanion app, but there was an error after i tried to claim it. Since then, i have not received it, i was on the web app, and also in game, but there is still nothnig. I can play rivals, but i am missing my rewards.

Same thing here. When opening the rivals window it said something like "claim rewards" but nothing happened so i restarted the game and even logged in to my web app on phone+ pc but nowhere to be found. I also tried to chat with an EA customer service agent but they cant help with that and said devs are working on it but yea its been already 36 hrs

• Summary of the Issue: After the update, I logged into Ultimate Team and saw the "Claim Rewards" message in the Division Rivals game mode. I claimed my rewards, but no confirmation appeared on my screen indicating that I had received them. I then checked the store, but I couldn't see any packs there either. Following this, I tried all possible methods such as logging out and back into Ultimate Team, checking via the EA Web App, and waiting 24 hours, but despite all this, I still haven't received my rewards.
