Division Rivals rewards not received
When I tried to claim the rewards for Rivals, nothing happened. After restarting Ultimate Team, I still can’t claim the rewards, and they’re nowhere to be found.

EA, we're still waiting for the fix... 😑

- Summary of the Issue: I logged into Ultimate Team and saw the "Claim Rewards" message in the Division Rivals game mode. I claimed my rewards, but no confirmation appeared on my screen indicating that I had received them. I then checked the store, but I couldn't see any packs there either. Following this, I tried all possible methods such as logging out and back into Ultimate Team, checking via the EA Web App, and waiting 24 hours, but despite all this, I still haven't received my rewards.

1x 80+ Rare Gold Player Pick
2x 82+ Rare Gold Player Pick 75+ x10 Rare Gold Players Pack 1 Mega Pack 7000-Coins - Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone): Between 00:00 PM (12:00) and 01:30 PM (13:30) (GMT+3,Athens time) on September 25, 2025
Same here. Didn’t receive any rewards in rivals.
any news on the subject ?? I still haven't received my rewards . it's so bad to treat the users like this . Can we get an update on the rewards please ?

Please stop ignoring players who sustain your salaries.
Why is it marked as solved but we have not received the rewards yet???
They must be joking with us. How can they mark an unresolved issue as resolved? This is a blatant mistake.
