Draft crash issues

So used 600 fc points from my preorder to play 2 drafts. Crashed at the final game, gave me the loss and reduced rewards. 2nd time around, same thing is happening. It shows I have a game left but the...

    This is not a connection issue. It has now locked me out of offline draft mode completely! I need some actual assistance here, this is a joke

    this is fake info since i paid 1500 fc points to play online draft you guys dont refund you only refund 1 draft token and for the other 4 it says not eligble for a draft token so stop telling lies to the plalyers
