Unable to connect to UT

I received an email on January 30th, Beijing time, stating that I was suspended for 28 days. But today is already the 29th day, and I still can't log in to UT, whether it's through the web, the app, or the PC. It always shows a network issue preventing me from logging in. However, I can enter the season mode on the PC. Could you please help me with this? Thank you.
