I was playing an offline draft and i won the last game of the draft then it disconnected me right at the end. How do I claim my token back?

I had the same issue I made it all the way to the final on semi pro and was working on the assist mastery and got 35 goals and it disconnected me and didn’t give me the win our the goals. 😢
hi, what if I lost 3 tokens during few days? I am not eligible more than once. I only got back one token, but lost 3 in the end.
Same for me. I lost 3 back to back this way. Only got 1 token for the wrong platform.
Dont have connection issues, every other mode i never had a disconnect.

First and last advice, do NOT play draft on PC or with crossplay on either console. People on PC Draft are cheating since 2016, nothing has been done to fight it. Move on
I had gotten two free draft tokens, and both times joining the first game I get kicked out immediately and the draft is over.. The missing content tool site doesn't even work because it says I don't have any draft disconnects... Its only in draft, don't have any other issues on the other modes.. This is so dumb!
Same here, it's so frustrating.
Again! Second time…out of 5 drafts I got kicked out. One time after the final and second time after the first match!

and the help tool doesn’t work. After choosing the platform and account the next site will not load…
My opponent disconnected and it didnt give me a win, rather it gave me 0-0 draw with 0 win rewards and i cant play other matches. how do i get my tokens back
