Dual entitlement issue PS4 disc to ps5 console

The option to download the ps5 version of Fc26 does not show up when I insert the PS4 Fc26 disc into my ps5 console.

When I click the "..." Drop down menu in the game hub and click "select version" the only 2 options are to download the PS4 version of Fc26 or the Fc26 beta ps4 version

Sorry worked it out, I'm stupid... There's a download code on back of leaflet inside PS4 fc26 game box, then you redeem the code and the ps5 version will appear as £0.00 in ps store

Having the same issue can someone help, only thing is I've added the code & nothing has changed. Checked ps store it's still saying 69.99 to buy & not giving option to select version helpp please

I have the same problem. I have entered the redeem code but still cannot download the game
