EA Anti-Cheat block since FC 25 despite PC format
Hello,
I am facing a persistent issue with the EA Anti-Cheat system that has completely blocked me from playing. This problem started back in FC 25, which forced me to stop playing the game entirely at that time. Back then, I even formatted my entire PC, but the game still wouldn't work.
Now in FC 26, I decided to give it another try. Since downloading the game, I have not been able to play it even once due to the exact same anti-cheat error claiming there is unauthorized software.
I have done everything possible from my end:
- I completely uninstalled any prohibited software.
- I used advanced deep-cleaner tools to delete any hidden files or leftovers.
- I ran specific Windows command prompts (CMD) to wipe out any traces related to those programs.
- I completely reinstalled the EA Anti-Cheat using your new system setup.
- I uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game from scratch.
After all this, I contacted EA Support. They gave me a case/ticket number, and I waited for 6 to 7 days hoping for a solution. Every time I follow up with support, they just tell me that my case is still "under investigation" or "waiting."
I am 100% confident that my PC is completely clean and the issue is not from my side. The fault lies entirely within your anti-cheat system's false positives. Please escalate this and provide a real solution.
