EA App says it can't connect to the servers??

i've tried ANYTHING. restarting the pc, redownloading fc 26 (the only game i have on the ea app installed), redownloading the ea app, doing commands on the command prompt that according to some people fix the error, turn off and on again my internet, restart my router, move ea app files to somewhere else, but to no avail.

what is causing this?? i think my intrnet is perfectly fine, and why can't it connect to the servers??? i'm sorry for being impatient, but by now this has been going for days and i feel like i lost about 80 euros (which for some reason i can't even refund) on steam.

can anyone help me find a fix???
