Hi! My ea connection quality report thing does not work. I created thread about it here 15 days ago. No reply from ea. I took any possible advice and tried everything. In fc 25 I had that option without problems. Win 11 64 bit pro with all updates, all drivers updated, fast fiber connection. I restarted my router, checked region in ea account settings, I have share data option checked in online settings. I play on PC. Today just for test I cheked show ping in game option. And it was weird - never have seen this before- in rush match in was allways 0. So maybe its related to issue with ea connection quality report staff not working.

Hi there. What is happening when you run the report? Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection?

I`m on wired. Nothing happens. It just says "no data found".

Also I forgot to mention that I checked the box for "Run this program as an administrator" in "compability" tab of fc 26 executable file(.exe).

EA_Aljo Could you provide any update please? I still don`t have ping shown (it shows 0 ) in rush matches, but in rivals I can see my ping. But ea connection quality report feature still doesn`t work.

Are you sure you're logged into the right account? You need to log in with the same email of the EA account you play on. That should be visible in the account settings in game.

I was away for more than a week. I just returned today. I really don't know why you're not able to use the CQR if you're logged into the right account and are playing online matches. What is the reason for needing to runt he report? Are you disconnecting or experiencing lag?

You can test your packet loss with most any speed test website. I really don't know why you can't use the CQR if you've played online matches and are logged in to the right account.

I'm interested in the loss percentage in this particular game. I also want to see a general picture of my connection - in particular ping for example. This feature worked properly in fc 25. I play from the same account as fc 25. I didn't change anything - the same provider, the same pc, the same account. So if you say you don't know, then who should know?

No, I don`t use VPN. I run only microsoft defender as usual by default as I did during fc 25 when ea connection feature worked properly without any problems.

What mode(s) are you playing? The CQR doesn't record games for all of them.
