EA FC 26 crashing constantly on Xbox Series X

My game is continuously crashing mid-game and sometimes just in the menus. I have been kicked out of multiple Ultimate Team games, and in the Ultimate Team menus, I have lost numerous draft tokens in the process. It also kicks me out mid-game in Clubs matches, and you cannot rejoin mid-game, which is infuriating. What is the point in playing this game if it just keeps on crashing without any reason and no way to get lost coins, draft tokens and Clubs XP back? Thank god I didn't pay full price for this unfinished game!
