EA FC 26 Crushing in Squad battles

My specs :

CPU - Ryzen 5 3600

GPU - NVIDIA Gigabyte 4060 8GB

RAM -16 GB DDR4 3200 MHZ 

1TB NVME SSD 

I started playing Squad battles and EA FC 26 crush once in 17 min of match, next time 80, next time 44. I am very frustrated with it i buy EA FC 26 and i want to play and what i get, I get that my game crush. Pls fix it.
