EA FC 26 FUT RIVALS CRASH

I was 7-7 in a rivals match in EA FC 26 FUT and I won a penalty in the 90’ I scored and the other player disconnected. For some reason I got disconnected too. And of course I took the loss. This has happened many times in the past and EA doesn’t have a live chat to discuss this problem with a person. I can’t find any help. Could someone help me?
