EA FC 26 INPUT LAG ON PC

Hello everyone , why is everything hard at this game,

i play from PC , this week , is unplayble.

i have stable connection fiber optic 2.5 ghz and RTX 4070ti & AMD RYZEN 7800x3D.

when i try to play any online mode on EA FC 26, i feel like there is ALWAYS  a delay of 2 secs for every movement i try to do. That costs me already matches at RIVALS and WEEKEND LEAGUE.

any solutions?
