The email address is correct and the only email linked to my EA account and Xbox. I’ve already verified it to be correct. I’m just not receiving the code via my Xbox request. When I went in to try to set up a new email address and put in the existing address it says it’s a duplicate email and that is the email already associated with all EA games and websites. So seems I’m just not receiving the verification code. However, when I log directly into my ea.com account I do receive the verification code. I’m not sure how else to recover my account and fix this.
