    Hi there. I could use some more details. What platform are you on? Also, is it a particular mode you can't load into or do you get that message when trying to go to the main menu?

    I get the message when I load into the game, did all the trouble shooting options nothing helped

    Just to be clear, it's when you load into the game and not just when loading into UT?

    Make sure you power cycle your equipment with these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again
