i've done everything you write but it doesn't work, please fix the problem there is a tone of people complaining about this
I have the same issue and have no idea what to do.
I have this message “Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang tight while we try to solve the problem.” even without launching the game, just after entering the EA app.
