EA FC26 LAG

I bought EA SPORTS FC 26 on steam and the game is unplayable on my pc. There is extreme input lag ,players move in slow motion and the controls responds seconds after pressing a button. This happens in online modes and also offline in kick off. My laptop runs all other games normally like battlfield 1 and hogwarts legacy so the issue is only with FC 26 i tried every fix i could find including NVDIA settings graphics changes fullscreen options and disabling Vsync but nothing helps. Many PC players report the same issues so it seems to be a widespread problem. I want to know if EA plans to fix this with an update .
