EA keep stealing in-game money!

I go to Clubs Store, then choose Consumables to buy an item. The item says *Consumable_Item_110132_Name, and the description is simply *Consumable_item_110132_desc. The item is for 5,000 instant AXP bonus. When I go to redeem it, I can't as it "can only be used before level 40"! This was NOT in the description when I bought it. I've now spent 60 000 coins to buy two worthless items! Why can't EA fix very simple bugs like these! ?
