Ea Menu freezing

I keep getting disconnected or freezing in the menus. In game my connection is perfect. I use Ethernet and have tried methods like changing dns. Once it worked for a while. Now none work. I open a pack and it freezes and kicks me out of store. Or I try to load and nothing happens. 
Does anyone know how to solve this or how to contact ea. seems to be impossible to contact them
