Ea menus and servers

I preordered the ultimate edition and for the past 12 days, since the early access came out, I’ve been constantly stuck in loading screens and the menus. Often I can’t enter ultimate team but when I can it is just slow, I can’t build squads or complete sbcs without encountering some sort of error that kicks me out. The gameplay itself is fine however I have been kicked out of games a couple of times, often at the end but sometimes during.

its been like this for the past week and a half and I kinda assumed it was the servers but can’t really see anyone else having this issue. I’ve tried everything from restoring licenses, rebuilding the database and deleting saved data from eafc and nothing has worked. 

I bought the game on a new Australian account and am currently game sharing to a UK one, I doubt this is an issue though since the servers are slow on both accounts.
