EA PLEASE help - massive connectivity issue
since monday evening, i have been experience severe connectivity issues on every Ultimate Team game mode - champs, rush, gauntlet etc. I am on Xbox Series X; have excellent internet service (850+ mbps). Never had this issue before. Played fine over the weekend. Now as soon as the game starts my ping goes from 4ms (where it normally is) to over 1600 in game. It is unplayable. I have done ALL the troubleshooting methods on my end - hard reset, reinstall game, restart router, contacted my ISP etc - and nothing helps the issue. I have had several conversations with EA help and they say my account looks normal/fine. I have played 1500+ games on FC 26 so far. Been an EA member since 2007. PLEASE help. I really enjoy playing this game but cannot play it at all at the moment.
