EA please help! 3 weeks I cannot access my season pass

I have been searching high and low for help to an issue I have had for 3 weeks now. My season pass is not working on FC26 for Playstation 5. Now when I go into the Season pass the screen is blank and I cannot move from the screen, I have to close the game down and re load it. I would love to get my season pass back and get benefit from the rewards it holds. If anyone from EA sees this, I cannot find help anywhere and to suffer this for 3 weeks straight is a joke. Any advice on how and where to get this sorted would be most appreciated. Thank you.
