EA PLEASE HELP ME

Hello, I was playing Weekend League in EAFC 26. After losing a match, it counted as a loss and then I entered a new match. In that match, I scored and won in the 90+2 minute, but right after that I was kicked out of the game. I was winning 7–6. The match had ended and the referee blew the final whistle, but before returning to the menu I was kicked out. I don’t know whether the opponent was cheating or if it was a game/server error, but in any case I was treated unfairly. Please review and compensate this situation — I expect some form of compensation from you.

I also have a 17-minute video recording from my PS5. If you need it, I can provide it, but I don’t know how to upload it from my PS5. I tried to report the player but the report option only allowed me to mark the username as “inappropriate.” I don’t know if the opponent was cheating or if your servers had an issue, but please return what I deserve. I did not deserve this. I spend time on this game and this cannot be the result.
