EA servers unable to process request

I have had two instances of getting the message "the EA servers are unable to process request". I got one while playing the team of the week, and one in a single player draft. It caused me to take a lose in both. Is there a way to get that overturned?

They don’t care, I was 10-0 on fut champs and I was winning 7-3 and I got the massage when I finished the game, and it happened to me so many times in the tournament and I lost more than 2000 fc points because of it and yet they didn’t fix it
