EA Sports FC 26 fails to launch “An error on our end caused the launch to fail”

This EA account was originally linked to my PlayStation account, where I played EA Sports FC 26 before. I later bought the PC version on EA App, but the game won’t launch — I suspect the account license hasn’t been properly linked to the PC platform
