EA SPORTS FC 26 instantly closes after "launching game.." (Steam PC)
Hi, I'm having an issue where EA SPORTS FC 26 has never launched on my PC. I launch it through Steam, the EA App opens normally, EA Javelin AntiCheat starts, it reaches "Launching game...", then FC26.exe appears briefly in Task Manager and immediately closes with no error message, returning Steam to the Play button. I'm running Windows 11 Pro Version 25H2 (Build 26200.8655) on an Intel Core i5-10400, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, 16 GB RAM, and a 1 TB NVMe SSD. I've already reinstalled the game, verified the files through Steam, repaired EA Javelin AntiCheat, clean installed NVIDIA drivers using DDU, disabled Memory Integrity, ran SFC and DISM, performed a clean boot, repaired the EA App, and even upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 using Microsoft's official installer. Garden Warfare 2 launches normally through the EA App, the EA AntiCheat service goes from START_PENDING to RUNNING to STOPPED when FC26 closes, FC26.exe exits with code 0, and there are no Application Error entries in Event Viewer. Has anyone experienced this or found a fix?
