Game Closes When Trying to Connect to EA Servers - Unable to Create Help Ticket
I've been unable to connect to EA servers on EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC without the game closing, returning me back to the EA Launcher. No error message, crash report, nothing. I've already tried reinstalling and repairing Javelin AntiCheat, changing my DNS to Google's public DNS, updating my drivers, updating/restarting my PC, restarting my router, repairing FC26, reinstalling FC26, whitelisting EA and FC26 through my firewalls, turning off all overlays, clearing my cache, and deleting my initial settings profile. I've tried it with a VPN enabled, tried it with a VPN disabled, and I've still found no change. Here's the EA Report ID I initially submitted within the EA App: 8b7ff8fa-890c-431e-b0c1-4e062c3f0d20
What has been especially frustrating is attempting to use EA Help, as all I've been able to do is tell my problem to the EA NextStep AI and, after doing everything it's recommended and still seeing no change, get sent to "Your EA Help support options" where it says "Thanks for reaching out about your issue. Try our self-serve options or contact an EA Advisor for more help." But all I'm given are self-serve options of "EA Connection quality report" (where no data is there, of course, because I've never been able to successfully connect in the first place) and the "Troubleshoot your connection to EA Games" article, which only suggests actions I've already taken. There is no option to contact an EA Advisor, and when I go to the "My Cases" page within EA Help, it says that I haven't created any support cases with my EA Account. How am I even meant to create a support case?
