EA Sports Fc Crash

I am absolutely appalled at this disgusting game, how could you release a game that crashes mid game and then put a message on my screen telling me i got a DNF and i disconnected which is harming other peoples experience?, what about my experience and my mental health losing out on a FUT champs game when leading for it to disconnect half way through before i could see it out. Absolutely disgusting, i want compensation for this and i want my game given back to me that i once loved.
