EA WEB APP/COMPANION NOT WORKING

I haven't been able to access the web app for several days. I've tried everything: new browsers, uninstalling and reinstalling the companion app on my phone, but I still can't log in. I also logged in to FC 25 as suggested, but that didn't work either. I play on PC Showcase.
