EAFC26 Controller PROBLEM
Dear EA Support,
I am experiencing a serious ongoing issue in EA Sports FC 26. In competitive modes (such as Rivals, Champs), the game does not recognize my controller, even though it works perfectly in every other mode. When this happens, I am forced to quit matches.
I am very concerned that this may soon lead to a suspension of my account, even though this is clearly a technical issue and not my fault. I kindly ask you to provide a solution before my account receives any suspension, as this is blocking my progress and ruining the gameplay experience. It is especially frustrating since I have already spent around 500 euros on the game, and now I fear I might be unfairly punished due to a known bug.
I have already tried every suggested fix I found online, including:
- Re-syncing the controller
- Using a wired connection instead of wireless
- Updating controller firmware
- Updating the game and console/PC
- Reinstalling Origin/EA App
- Using Steam Big Picture mode (on PC)
- Resetting the controller
I tested all of these steps, but the issue persists.
Please urgently investigate this problem and take action to ensure that my account is not unfairly suspended due to technical issues beyond my control.
