EAFC26 Menu is lagging and takes around 5+ minutes when freezing.

This started happening around when tots began or maybe a little before as when I’m interacting with different things in the menus of ultimate team, it takes up to 5+ minutes every time for the selected thing to finally load. For example, claiming an evolution from the objectives. Now, when I actually play the game I experience no difficulties what so ever, so it only happens during the menus. Please help me figure out a solution to the issue or just fix the game EA.
