EAFC26 Server Issues Costing Event Entries

The EA servers kept kicking me out of the 'South American League' Live Event when my connection was secure. This meant that I wasn't able to complete the required objectives needed to gain the available rewards, given the event is limited to 20 entries and I was kicked from 5 of those games, whilst being one single win away from completing the objective group.

Any compensation or fix available i.e. extra entries?
