Ethernet connection problem

When i am connected with ethernet caple and joined ultimate and try to join rival match it gives me "unable to connect" or "didn't find an opponent" while if i switch to wifi (wireless connection) on the same network i can join ultimate matchs with unstable ping. Iam using PC
