Everytime after update, EA Servers unavailable

I cannot connect because it says lEA servers unavailable, check connection…”. It is very stressful, because it’s already the second time it happened. Always happen after I update the game. Do I have to wait until several days to play it? PLEASE EA FIX THIS ISSUE. 

Anyone experience the same thing? How to solve this issue?
