Evo's stats not updating on PlayStation 5

Hi, 

I have noticed that whenever I try to Evo a player, the challenges count but once I complete the challenge, the stats doesn't increase. it is maxed at 0 for everything: long passing, vision, sprint speed and acceleration. 

I have evolved my pina but I get 0 upgrades. 

I want to make my team better. 

I am Autistic and am getting very anxious regarding this issue.

Please help EA?
