F26 is unplayable, money back?

players are stuck and the delay is massive even if the connection is (really good up to 300 mb).

I tried to change pc with different graphic card (rtx 2060 or Intel ARC on ultra 5) nothing change. 

  If nothing improve, i really have lost mooney expecially with the pre-order transaction.

I play F26 on two pc

 1) MSI thin 75f with 2060 rtx and

2) intel core ultra 5 with arc graphic (quite better then above)
