False ban FC26/ all EA games for cheating.
I’ve had 7 appeals rejected for alleged cheating, but I play FC 26 on Xbox. Every response is the same template, and the email says replies aren’t monitored. I understand the forum team can’t directly change bans, but is there genuinely any way to get clarification on what triggered the enforcement or have my situation properly addressed. Preferably by an actual human instead of the same email response. Thanks.

While we can't look into bans here on the forums, I can assure you that our appeals are overseen by actual humans. They use a template when responding to ensure consistency and fairness between appeals. If after seven appeals they've still decided that the ban was justified, then I'm afraid that it's likely going to stay on your account.
