False Coin Distribution Ban due to ISP Disconnections (Steam) - Case #251369558
Hello EA Community Managers,
I am reaching out here out of pure desperation because the Terms of Service (ToS) team is completely ignoring my actual issue and keeping my account banned using automated templates.
Case Number: 251369558
Platform: Steam / PC
Ban Reason: Coin Distribution (False Positive)
What actually happened:
I was experiencing severe internet instability on my end (high ping and packet loss). As a result, I got disconnected from 3 consecutive matches. Shortly after, the automated system flagged my account for "Coin Distribution." I have NEVER bought, sold, or distributed coins, nor have I made any suspicious transfer market transactions.
The Problem with ToS Support:
I have appealed multiple times. Every time, I receive a generic automated template talking about "transfer market monitoring" and "account hacking." It is painfully obvious that no one is manually reading my appeals or checking my actual data.
I explicitly asked them to check my Server Connection Logs at the exact time of the disconnections. The logs will clearly prove that my connection dropped due to genuine network issues, not a bot or intentional macro used for coin farming.
Could a Community Manager please look into this and escalate my case to a senior investigator who can do a proper, manual technical review of my logs? Losing my account over an ISP network drop is incredibly unfair, and being completely ignored by the email support system makes it even worse.
Thank you for your time.
