False Positive Transfer Market Ban – Appeal Pending Since September 4th

Hello EA Community Support and Moderators.

I am writing this post out of complete frustration. My account received an automated Transfer Market ban in EA Sports FC 26 for alleged Coin Distribution.

I want to state clearly that I have never bought, sold, or transferred coins, nor have I ever used any third-party services. I was simply trading and flipping cards on the market legitimately to build my squad, but the automated system flagged my account by mistake.

I submitted a formal appeal through EA Help back on September 4, 2026, and the status has been stuck on Pending for over 10 days now. Because of this automated error and long waiting time, I have been completely unable to use the Transfer Market or properly build my team.

Could a moderator please check if there is any update regarding this issue or advise on how to escalate a pending appeal that has been stuck since September 4th?

Sorry to see that you are having issues Nelly88srb​&nbsp;
If you have an appeal in progress then this would mean that you need to wait for the team to finish their investigation.
It may be that it was escalated to another team to review.
During busy periods it can take 2 weeks for a reply from the team.

Understand the frustration Nelly88srb​ but if an action has been taken on an account then something has been flagged.
Our team work appeals as fast as they can but each needs to be reviewed and during besy periods a reply can take longer than expected.
