I want to share a workaround that fixed the commentary issue for me on PC (Steam version).
My problem:
After formatting my PC and reinstalling FC 26, commentary did not work at all — neither Turkish nor English. The languages were visible in settings and game files, but there was no commentary sound during matches.
What fixed it for me:
1. In Steam Library, right-click EA SPORTS FC 26 → Properties.
2. Change the game language to a DIFFERENT language (not Turkish or English).
3. Close the Properties window.
4. Steam immediately started downloading an update for that language.
5. After the update finished, I went back to Properties and changed the language to Turkish.
6. Closed the window again and Steam downloaded another update.
7. After launching the game, Turkish commentary worked normally.
It seems changing the Steam game language forces Steam to re-download the commentary audio files properly, which fixes the issue.
Hopefully this helps others who are having the same problem.
