recent i have been having connectivity issue when i try to play my FC 26 this is a new problem and it was working fine all along please assist me with this issue i have been writing numerous emails and messages with no reply please assist with this.

the game was working fine this past week its only today it started acting up again

the router is to far and the game has been working perfectly fine for this past week can you please assist with this matter
Community ManagerMost likely, that's the reason for the connection issues you're having. You can test this out by moving close enough to the router to use a wire. Is that possible?
That cant be the issue as the game was working perfectly while the router was in that position
the connection speed for doth download and upload is above 20mbps
Community ManagerSpeed isn't the issue. However, 20 mb is on the lower end. Even on a high speed connection, the stability of the connection is most important. That's just not something that wireless offers as it is highly susceptible interference from other signals, walls, floors, other devices, etc. What you'll need to do to test if it's due to the wireless or not is switch to a wire to see if your connection improves. If that is not possible, the best I can advise is to go through the troubleshooting steps in this article.
You can also contact your ISP to see if they can help troubleshoot your equipment.
