Hello,
I have already tested this.
Disabling and removing the VPN/WireSock Virtual Adapter did not help. I also tried launching the game with all VPN-related software completely disabled/uninstalled, but the issue remains the same.
At this point, I have already tried almost every common troubleshooting step I could find online, including:
- disabling/removing VPN and virtual network adapters;
- rebooting the PC after removing them;
- reinstalling EA SPORTS FC 26;
- verifying the game files through Steam;
- reinstalling / repairing the EA App;
- reinstalling / repairing EA AntiCheat;
- running Steam, EA App, and the game as administrator;
- disabling overlays where possible;
- checking Windows updates and drivers;
- restarting the PC multiple times after each change.
Unfortunately, the game has not launched successfully even once since I purchased it. I am using the Steam version, and I still cannot get past the launch / EA AntiCheat issue.
Please escalate this case or provide a more specific fix, because the standard troubleshooting steps have already been completed and did not resolve the problem.
Please generate a Dxdiag report and post it here, we may be able to suggest more troubleshooting. Thank you. EA_Barry.

I managed to get the game to launch but now it crashes just after connecting to online services.

Thanks for adding that. It seems that RAM instability is your main issue there.
Go into BIOS and:
- Disable EXPO/XMP
- Run RAM at stock JEDEC speed
Try these steps for some time and let us know how you get on. If the issue(s) persist, generate a new Dxdiag and post it here. We can take a look and advise you further. Thank you. EA_Barry.

Changing RAM Speed had no effect. The game crashes when connecting to EA Servers.
If a set a Hotspot from phone (mobile Data) and use that connection then the game boots and I can connect with EA and Ultimate Team. When I use my Ethernet 1GB/s connection wired it crashes every time.

Hello,
I have attached my DxDiag report as requested.
From what I can see, DxDiag does not show any DirectX, display, sound, or input problems. My system uses an RTX 4080, DirectX 12, and a recent WHQL NVIDIA driver.
However, the game still has never launched successfully even once. Disabling/removing the VPN/WireSock Virtual Adapter did not solve the issue.
I also want to mention that I play Counter-Strike 2 with FACEIT Anti-Cheat on the same PC without any issues. FACEIT Anti-Cheat works normally, so this does not seem to be a general anti-cheat or system-level compatibility problem on my machine.
I also noticed that my Windows version is Windows 11 Pro Build 26200. Could you please confirm whether this Windows build is fully supported by EA SPORTS FC 26 and EA Javelin Anti-Cheat?
DxDiag also does not appear to show a specific crash entry for fc26.exe, so please let me know if you need EA App logs, EA AntiCheat logs, or Windows Event Viewer logs.
Best regards,

You do seem to be running an insider/preview Windows build. If possible, switch to a regular retail build.
Some troubleshooting:
1. Install/repair:
- Visual C++ 2015–2022 x64
- Visual C++ 2015–2022 x86
2. Open an elevated Command Prompt:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow3. Navigate to: EA SPORTS FC 26\__Installer\EAAntiCheat
Run: EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe
Choose:
- Uninstall
- Reboot
- Install again
Let us know how this goes and post a new Dxdiag if necessary. Thank you. EA_Barry.
