FC 26 crashes Playstation 5

Good afternoon sir,

Only FC 26 crashes my Playstation 5 within 30 seconds, no error code. Started yesturday 6/2, I've done every possible troubleshooting on EA's list and PS5's, also rebooted my network.

PS5 is clean and central AC is always on at 70 degrees. Only thing I haven't done is re-install the PS5 OS. 

So I checked the PS5 for error code, and this is likely why:

    Thanks for providing your system error history. The main error code you're seeing (CE-108262-9) is a PlayStation system software error rather than an in-game error, as it mentions, but there are a couple things you can definitely try. 

    I do see you mentioned doing everything on the list, but without knowing which list you were following or which specific steps have been tried, I'd definitely double-check the following at this point.

    • Reboot your PS5 in Safe Mode and run Clear Cache and Rebuild Database.
    • Check for any outstanding system software updates. These are usually automatically installed, but that can vary depending on your settings.

    Reinstalling the OS could be a last step, but before that I'd suggest reaching out to PlayStation Support directly. Since this is a system error, they may have a better idea of any other steps that may help out before going with that full reinstallation route.

    Good evening sir,

    As I said before, I've spent hours going through every possible troubleshooting on every list. 

    Now I've restored the PS5 OS, installed FC 26 from download. It get's me to playing an online game till it crashes within the first hath 3 times in a role.

    Not a problem with any other app nor game.

    Do I need to wait? or what?
